Tel Aviv Tot Turfs Diamonds in Trash

Tel Aviv garbage men sifted through tons of city trash after some diamonds were accidentally turfed by a local six-year-old.

Realizing what had happened, the diamonds’ owner made a desperate call to the city’s sanitation department, pleading to stop the truck that collected his trash before it got dumped.

Miraculously, the vehicle was located minutes before unloading its haul, however, a desperate search by sanitation workers failed to turn up the diamonds.
