Файл этот - список серверов, поддерживающих peer-to-peer в системе eDonkey и eMule.
Нужен для халявной закачки всяческого файла.

ЗЫ: живя в Америце, надо б уже и знать езыкк велл! Не на Брайтоне ж, в самом деле!
