Сима ничего не говорит, но показывает, что не прочь бы в "ладушки". Я бы сказала, что это первое конкретное сообщение не для дела - есть-спать-переодеваться, а для игры. Впрочем, он еще раньше начал показываать всем телом, что не прочь на ручки.
Вчера дого изучал пальчики на руках - брал каждый по очереди другой рукой, внимательно так проверял, все ли на месте.
Мне тут дал совет один отец, у которого заболела спина как раз, когда ego ребеку пришло время ходить - помогать учиться ходить, пропустив полотенце под мышки. Но я как-то не помню, чтобы других водила за ручку, пусть сам учится, спешить некуда.

На той неделе из Израиля приедет бабушка, познакомится с новым внуком. У нее их 9.

i tried, i'm not sure i got it all -- i was thinking something about shimon using the same word for everything, this is what jack does too... but then definitely something about walking. lol, i fail at this.

my mother still has not seen her youngest grandson, she doesn't know another is coming yet, i want to tell her soon so maybe she can save and make that big trip. i think it must be hard for parents to wait so long for grandkids and then they live across the world from them, like our kids. we try to send lots of pictures (email).

Well, the first part was about Shimon not using any words! But showing that he wants to play "clap-clap" (Russian words that go with this baby-game - "clap-clap, we lived with Grandma, we ate kasha, we drank - well, some semi-alcohol old russian drink - brazhka, sat, ate, flew (wave the baby's hands) - landed on the head (make baby's hands meet on his head)).
You got the part about Grandma coming and meeting her grandson for the first time though!

jack really doesn't talk much at all either, that in itself is not a concern :)

Quinn was a blabber mouth. Jack just now started with "da-da-da-da" and has his "word" that sounds like "Iris" but that he says all the time. and "meh" seems to mean milk but i think it's coincidence that it sounds like milk and he is just using a sound to show he wants it.

do you know the little tikes turtle? i have never seen it here, but in the States. it's a big green turtle with a handle around the back kind of like a lawn mower. my mother always ued that to help the kids learn to walk, they hold on to it and walk with it.

take lots of pics when Grandma comes!! she'll treasure them later :)
