The Sessions of the Sacred Council took place in the locality N. (district of Omsk, Siberia), in the Paraclet cell in the Holy Ghost scyt, & were beginning every day at 11.30 a. m. by singing the troparion of the Pentecost. There was a venerable icon “Savor in Majesty” in the hall of sessions.

The Holy Ghost & we, the Sacred Council, have decreed, after examining as candidates in bishops the following persons, partly presented before (4 (17). 06. A. D. 2000 by AMBROSIUS, Archbishop of Gothia unto the Sacred Council, to definite:
The Monk HILARIUS (Oleg Soutchkov)3 is acknowledged by the Sacred Council as worthy to be bishop; the Sacred Council blesseth the Archbishop Ambrosius to ordain f. Hilarius Bishop of Tamatarkhon4, vicar of The Archeparchy of Gothia, to be him temporary manager of the Great Alanian Metropolis.
The Monk Dyonisios (Vladimir Tatarov-Pouzankov) is acknowledged by the Sacred Council as worthy to be bishop; the Sacred Council blesseth the Archbishop Ambrosius to ordain f. Dyonisios Bishop of Tver, the suffragant of the Archeparchy of the Great Novgorod.
The Monk Noah (Vladimir Noskov) is acknowledged by the Sacred Council as worthy to be bishop; the Sacred Council blesseth the Archbishop Ambrosius to ordain f. Noah Bishop of Perm the suffragant of the Archeparchy of the Great Novgorod.
The layman Gennady Piskounov is acknowledged by the Sacred Council as worthy to be bishop; the Sacred Council blesseth the Archbishop Ambrosius to ordain the God' slave Gennady Bishop of Tomsk.
The Pontian Greeks Candidate in Bishopdom should be coordinated; the Autocephalic Pontian Exarchy is to be restored.
The Spanish Candidate in Bishopdom should be coordinated; the Wisigothic Eparchy is to be restored into the Archeparchy of Gothia.
The Latvian Candidate in Bishopdom should be coordinated; the Autocephalic Latvian Orthodox Church is to be restored.
The Pomorian & Theodosian5 Candidate in Bishopdom should be coordinated.

The Holy Ghost & we, the Sacred Council, have decreed, zealous for the liberation of our oppressed people & our defiled Fatherland, to DEFINE:
On the ground reason of the Sacred Council's precedent Definition from 17th (30th). 05. A. D. 2004, the authorities of the Permanent Board are confirmed in future until the liberation of the Land of Russia from the occupation regime.
The Board is the permanent organ of the Sacred Council in period betwixt the Sessions of the latter.
The Board is the permanent organ of the Church, the people, the society & the State until the restoration of the all entirety of the legitimate Authority.
The permanent Board is the Supervising Power' s organ, i. e. receipting the acts of the Legislative, Executive & Judicial Powers.
The permanent Board organizeth the central & local authorities on all the inland of the Imperial Russia accordingly the subdivisions of the latter at 25. 10. A. D. 1917. (old calendar).
The permanent Board is composed by the Members (of different status) & is formed by co-optation.
The permanent Board has his Delegates (with different level of authority) & his collaborators.

The Holy Ghost & we, the Sacred Council, have decreed, zealous for the liberation of our oppressed people & our defiled Fatherland, to DEFINE:
The Armed Forces of the Imperial Russia are formed from the units of various submissions, viz.: ecclesiastical units, which submit directly unto the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O. C., the State units, which submit directly unto the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O. C. & the State units, which submit directly unto the restored General Staff & Admiralty.
The Brotherhood of the Holy Cross - is an ecclesiastical organization of the armed Christians; is formed naturally in the Christian communities & is imparted unto the Druzhinas7 (of various composition), has guard, police & military missions.
The restored historical military & navy units of the Imperial Russia are the State army units, which submit directly unto the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O. C.; they are formed both from volunteers & by conversion ex-army units of various submissions of the FR8, keep their historical subdivisions, have police & military missions.
The legitimated army units of various submissions of the FR are the State army units of the Imperial Russia which submit directly unto the restored General Staff & Admiralty; they are formed most by conversion ex-army units of various submissions of the FR, possess the operative subdivisions, have military missions.
The Armed Forces of the Imperial Russia are named: Russian Army & Russian Navy.
Army units of various submissions of the FR: a) which already took the new oath are included into the Russian Army & Navy without official announce & expect the order from the Head Quarter on the start for defense of the Fatherland & the freedom; b) others - after the official announce & their new oath.
Any military alive (at 19th. 06. A. D. 2005) of the historical army units has right of restore naturally the unit he belongs to.
The historical army units are: the army units before the Revolution, The Russian Union of all the Troops (ROVS)9, the Russian Liberator People's Army (RONA), Russian National Army (RNA), the Armed Forces of the Committee of the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia (KONR), all the Cossacks & national units,

In execution of the preliminary decision from the 16th (29th). 05. A. D. 1999 on the collecting the data about K. Voskoboynikov & B. Kaminski,10 & relating to the evident Divine testimony about their undeniable holiness, to reckon them into the Holy Host.
To acknowledge the holiness of the new Martyrs Konstantin (Voskoboynik) & Boris [as baptized in the True Orthodoxy] (Kaminski), to paint their icon in testimony unto the faithful & introduce the troparion composed by Bishop Polycarpos.
To introduce generally the troparion unto the holy new Martyrs Konstantin & Boris Warriors (Commander Konstantin VOSKOBOYNIK & Brigadeführer SS Boris KAMINSKI): “True Warriors, Stratilatoy11, ye were the most admirable servants of the Omnipotent, Konstantin & Boris, strong men, armed skillfully with the Christ's weapons, ye have conquered the antichrist's hosts, & appeared yourselves victorious, Sufferers; do not cease to pray God for us, sinners.”

Of the Sacred Council of the true orthodox Christians Catacomb Church
Unto the active & former servicemen of the army units of the FR
Peace unto ye!
“The warriors also asked him: & what should we do?” (Luc. 3:14)
The True Orthodox Christians Catacomb Church is the only State-forming subject in Russia. Therefore, as State-forming subject, the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O.C. establisheth & legitimateth all the former institutions of all the branches of the power, the administrative organs, the Forces of Defense, Security & Law & Order.
Until the manifestation of the God-chosen Leader unto the Sacred Council belongeth the supreme commandment on all the Overland, Navy & Air Forces of the State of Russia. He determine the conformation of the army & navy, & issueth the decrees & behests about: the troops dislocation, their mobilization, their training, the passing of the service by the servicemen of army & navy, & all concerning the conformation of the Armed Forces & Defense of the State of Russia (I. Chap. 1, p. 14 of the Law Cod of the Imperial Russia).
The Defense of Faith & Fatherland is the sacred duty of all Russian subjects. The male population, without distinction of state is under the conscription in accordance with the Law ruling (Chap. 8, p. 70 of the Law Cod of the Imperial Russia).
The Russian Army is the Christ-loving host. Whosoever military doeth not give himself unto Christ the Savor, hi is not a Russian warrior, but a creature without family neither Fatherland in service of the ungodly power of the collective antichrist.
The Armed Forces can be really nationally Russian, if they deliver themselves from the former ideological & political influence, in order to serve God personally & the people on the whole, & not the interests of the post-Soviet oligarchy, which seteth them under her control. For the whole liberation the Christian people must needs of his own army units, which becoming the Liberation Army, will overthrow the blasphemous occupation regime & will smash the oligarchy's guards. Therefore such an Army is organizing by restoration of the legitimate army units under the spiritual, political & lawful direction of the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O.C., which giveth unto the nation-wide struggle a determined character, elaborateth the God-Power strategy & tactic.
At the question “What the Russian Warrior has to do?” the Sacred Council answereth by words of Jesus Christ: “Come to Me, all who are working & burdened, & I shall appease you” (Mat. 11:28). Active servicemen & reservists of the army units of various submissions of the FR can became the real Russian Warriors only through their legitimization by the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Sacred Council.
The Federation of Russia is legal successor of the USSR, & not of the Imperial Russia, & through the succession of power is de jure & de facto the occupation regime. Hence, it is under all the anathemas, formerly imposed over by the Church. These curses descant over all the State & society's structures, created by the collective antichrist. I. e., over all the obligatory & voluntary armed units, generated by the latter. To escape the Divine punishment it is necessary to take off these curses.
Former & active servicemen of the army units of various submissions of the FR gave oaths of loyalty unto the USSR & the FR. This oath given by them is an act of reception by every one of them & by them all of all the responsibility for the crimes of the blasphemous power of the collective antichrist in form of the curse. But, in order to become True Russian Warriors, the curse may be taken off through penitence & the act of releasing from the former oath by the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Sacred Council:
“Children! Get up against the red antichrist! Don't hear any call to make peace with him, from whomsoever this call may come! No peace betwixt Christ & Satan! Through the power, given unto me by God, I dispense & emancipate all the believers from all the oaths, given unto the Soviet & post-Soviet impostor's governments, for Christian are not subject of Satan. Through the power, given unto me by God, I bless all the weapons, lifted against the red satanic power, & remit the sins of all, who in the ranks of the rebel Druzhinas or as solitary vindicator would perish for the Christ's work, Russia's work. First of all I bless the weapons & the fighting work of The Brotherhood of the Holy Cross & the restoring Russian Army. Grace of God may rest on everyone, who would enter the ranks of the Brotherhood or the Army, whether would come in help unto them! God Almighty, for Thine is Realm & Mighty & Glory of the Father & the Son & the Holy Ghost, forever & now & everlasting & in centuries of centuries. Amen!”
Then followeth the reception of the true oath by the hand of the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Sacred Council.
We pray & hope, that in this difficult & ingenious work God Lord Almighty may create us victors, restore in Russia the Christ's Host & call unto our aid all whom He predestined for this service. Amen!

Unto the Predestined Friends
Peace on ye!
“I have been sent unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel alone” (Mat. 15:24)
Christianity had announced the supreme freedom of men & the valour of the human personality, & called the peoples unto the spiritual unity. This religion of the heroic service, the exalted morality & the ideal of the human footing communicateth the significance into the life & pointeth the way unto the personality & the society out. The society, which keepeth pure the faith & the God's Commandments, is protected from the moral degenerating, the decline of the spiritual force, the social & military suicide.
Social justice & freedom can be keeping up but through increasing of the society's religious sense.
However, after seventy years of the Bolshevik's dominion the population of Russia did not penitence of their personal & collective sins, & smoothly flowed over into the false epoch, where the moral degenerating, the perfect spiritual decline & the absolute absence of the sense of life. The state of the society in Russia reflecteth the state of the men in the whole world. Now the struggle in the contemporary world is not determine by the economical interesting of the social classes & the national groups: it is the decisive collision betwixt two opposite conceptions of the Man - the Christian & anti-Christian.
There goeth a spiritual struggle for the personality. There are two ways before the man: a free conversion unto God & reception of His commandments, & then all the forces & beauty of the Adam's children are opening, or fall from God, & then, a satanocracy, a dissolution of the personality in the elementary forces, slavery for matter, degenerating of sense owing to the loss of the true aims & sense of the life.
Though the Russian Catacomb Church of the True Orthodox Christians is not linked with any temporary social structure, her ethical principles may & should be embodied in the economical & political practice. Christianity openeth the significance of being & pointeth out the permanent aims unto the manhood to tend; it re-establisheth the proper hierarchy of all the valours in the world as a supreme criterion.
The Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O.C. fulfilled her duty of the spiritual service unto the people, remaining in the years of hardest trials of the national history, in the period of cruelest moral oppression, the center of resistance unto the evil, the refuge unto believers & their monitor.
Now as before the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O.C. remaineth faithful unto the Divine Predestination, &, despite of all the obstacles, point out the narrow way unto the Russian people. As impartial is the view on our people, as well so it is on our predestinated friends. We owe show our true attitude unto the fundamental questions of life & struggle.
“Alas, people sinful, people burdened with iniquities. Tribe of scoundrels, children of destruction! Ye have abandoned our Lord, despised the Holy of Israel - returned back. What have ye still to beat, ye, during your obstinacy? The entire head in wounds, & all the heart faded away… Your is devastated; your towns are burnt with fire; your fields in your sight are devoured by strangers; all is deserted, like after a devastation by strangers” (Is. 1:4-5, 7). - This came for apostasy. & so in Russia - for atheism & false devotion. Now, the Russia's land is oppressed by it's own impostor rulers & devastated. But by the Divine Predestination it is devastated not for the Barbarians, but for the future settlement of the gathered Israel tribes. An Israelite cannot make war against an Israelite (Lev. 19:18). The unity of Russians with the Anglo-Saxon & Scandinavian world is founded on the real historical relationship. Not an alliance, but the whole union betwixt them without conditions, for there is community of destiny, pre-established by the Law of God. I. e., unity of spirit & blood in resistance unto the alien-bearers.
The Russian people containeth most the Tribe of Gad. Therefore we perfectly realize the supreme leading of the Tribe of Ephraim, foretold by God (Is. 11:13; Jer. 31:9, 20; Jez. 37: 16-19; Zach. 10:7), i. e. Anglo-Saxons, in the political life of the last times. We all together & each one separately owe resist unto the alien-bearers. These alien-bearers are cursed, therefore they are adverse against us. These are Islamics & the red China, two procreations of the same Ham curse. Men, led by the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O.C., are included into the Crusade announced by the President of U.S.A. J. Bush-Jr., for this is also our permanent evil. The Red China has in Russia profound Kominern roots & by all manners strenghteneth the satanocracy. Help in struggle on the interior front against the Chinese secrete aggression - what that Russians need from their predestined friends.
Our land - the land Arsareth (3 Ezd.13:45) for the future gathering of the Israel tribes - is now much defiled to be hotbed of the satanic gangrene, from which all the Christendom is contaminating. Only having purified it from all evil, our common resurrection is possible. “If the iniquitous is pardoned, he will not learn the justice, will make evil in the land of the right, & will not look at the Majesty of our Lord.” (Is. 26:10)
Friends! We are with us, we have the common belief & blood, & the great Commission of the Mashiah! Maran-atha!

The Monk HILARIUS (Oleg Soutchkov)3 is acknowledged by the Sacred Council as worthy to be bishop; the Sacred Council blesseth the Archbishop Ambrosius to ordain f. Hilarius Bishop of Tamatarkhon4, vicar of The Archeparchy of Gothia, to be him temporary manager of the Great Alanian Metropolis.
The Monk Dyonisios (Vladimir Tatarov-Pouzankov) is acknowledged by the Sacred Council as worthy to be bishop; the Sacred Council blesseth the Archbishop Ambrosius to ordain f. Dyonisios Bishop of Tver, the suffragant of the Archeparchy of the Great Novgorod.
The Monk Noah (Vladimir Noskov) is acknowledged by the Sacred Council as worthy to be bishop; the Sacred Council blesseth the Archbishop Ambrosius to ordain f. Noah Bishop of Perm the suffragant of the Archeparchy of the Great Novgorod.
The layman Gennady Piskounov is acknowledged by the Sacred Council as worthy to be bishop; the Sacred Council blesseth the Archbishop Ambrosius to ordain the God' slave Gennady Bishop of Tomsk.
The Pontian Greeks Candidate in Bishopdom should be coordinated; the Autocephalic Pontian Exarchy is to be restored.
The Spanish Candidate in Bishopdom should be coordinated; the Wisigothic Eparchy is to be restored into the Archeparchy of Gothia.

The Board is the permanent organ of the Sacred Council in period betwixt the Sessions of the latter.
The Board is the permanent organ of the Church, the people, the society & the State until the restoration of the all entirety of the legitimate Authority.
The permanent Board is the Supervising Power' s organ, i. e. receipting the acts of the Legislative, Executive & Judicial Powers.

The Armed Forces of the Imperial Russia are formed from the units of various submissions, viz.: ecclesiastical units, which submit directly unto the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O. C., the State units, which submit directly unto the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O. C. & the State units, which submit directly unto the restored General Staff & Admiralty.
The Brotherhood of the Holy Cross - is an ecclesiastical organization of the armed Christians; is formed naturally in the Christian communities & is imparted unto the Druzhinas7 (of various composition), has guard, police & military missions.
The restored historical military & navy units of the Imperial Russia are the State army units, which submit directly unto the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O. C.; they are formed both from volunteers & by conversion ex-army units of various submissions of the FR8, keep their historical subdivisions, have police & military missions.
The legitimated army units of various submissions of the FR are the State army units of the Imperial Russia which submit directly unto the restored General Staff & Admiralty; they are formed most by conversion ex-army units of various submissions of the FR, possess the operative subdivisions, have military missions.
The Armed Forces of the Imperial Russia are named: Russian Army & Russian Navy.
Army units of various submissions of the FR: a) which already took the new oath are included into the Russian Army & Navy without official announce & expect the order from the Head Quarter on the start for defense of the Fatherland & the freedom; b) others - after the official announce & their new oath.
Any military alive (at 19th. 06. A. D. 2005) of the historical army units has right of restore naturally the unit he belongs to.

In execution of the preliminary decision from the 16th (29th). 05. A. D. 1999 on the collecting the data about K. Voskoboynikov & B. Kaminski,10 & relating to the evident Divine testimony about their undeniable holiness, to reckon them into the Holy Host.
To acknowledge the holiness of the new Martyrs Konstantin (Voskoboynik) & Boris [as baptized in the True Orthodoxy] (Kaminski), to paint their icon in testimony unto the faithful & introduce the troparion composed by Bishop Polycarpos.
To introduce generally the troparion unto the holy new Martyrs Konstantin & Boris Warriors (Commander Konstantin VOSKOBOYNIK & Brigadeführer SS Boris KAMINSKI): “True Warriors, Stratilatoy11, ye were the most admirable servants of the Omnipotent, Konstantin & Boris, strong men, armed skillfully with the Christ's weapons, ye have conquered the antichrist's hosts, & appeared yourselves victorious, Sufferers; do not cease to pray God for us, sinners.”

Of the Sacred Council of the true orthodox Christians Catacomb Church
Unto the active & former servicemen of the army units of the FR
Peace unto ye!
“The warriors also asked him: & what should we do?” (Luc. 3:14)
The True Orthodox Christians Catacomb Church is the only State-forming subject in Russia. Therefore, as State-forming subject, the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O.C. establisheth & legitimateth all the former institutions of all the branches of the power, the administrative organs, the Forces of Defense, Security & Law & Order.
Until the manifestation of the God-chosen Leader unto the Sacred Council belongeth the supreme commandment on all the Overland, Navy & Air Forces of the State of Russia. He determine the conformation of the army & navy, & issueth the decrees & behests about: the troops dislocation, their mobilization, their training, the passing of the service by the servicemen of army & navy, & all concerning the conformation of the Armed Forces & Defense of the State of Russia (I. Chap. 1, p. 14 of the Law Cod of the Imperial Russia).
The Defense of Faith & Fatherland is the sacred duty of all Russian subjects. The male population, without distinction of state is under the conscription in accordance with the Law ruling (Chap. 8, p. 70 of the Law Cod of the Imperial Russia).
The Russian Army is the Christ-loving host. Whosoever military doeth not give himself unto Christ the Savor, hi is not a Russian warrior, but a creature without family neither Fatherland in service of the ungodly power of the collective antichrist.
The Armed Forces can be really nationally Russian, if they deliver themselves from the former ideological & political influence, in order to serve God personally & the people on the whole, & not the interests of the post-Soviet oligarchy, which seteth them under her control. For the whole liberation the Christian people must needs of his own army units, which becoming the Liberation Army, will overthrow the blasphemous occupation regime & will smash the oligarchy's guards. Therefore such an Army is organizing by restoration of the legitimate army units under the spiritual, political & lawful direction of the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O.C., which giveth unto the nation-wide struggle a determined character, elaborateth the God-Power strategy & tactic.
At the question “What the Russian Warrior has to do?” the Sacred Council answereth by words of Jesus Christ: “Come to Me, all who are working & burdened, & I shall appease you” (Mat. 11:28). Active servicemen & reservists of the army units of various submissions of the FR can became the real Russian Warriors only through their legitimization by the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Sacred Council.
The Federation of Russia is legal successor of the USSR, & not of the Imperial Russia, & through the succession of power is de jure & de facto the occupation regime. Hence, it is under all the anathemas, formerly imposed over by the Church. These curses descant over all the State & society's structures, created by the collective antichrist. I. e., over all the obligatory & voluntary armed units, generated by the latter. To escape the Divine punishment it is necessary to take off these curses.
Former & active servicemen of the army units of various submissions of the FR gave oaths of loyalty unto the USSR & the FR. This oath given by them is an act of reception by every one of them & by them all of all the responsibility for the crimes of the blasphemous power of the collective antichrist in form of the curse. But, in order to become True Russian Warriors, the curse may be taken off through penitence & the act of releasing from the former oath by the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Sacred Council:
“Children! Get up against the red antichrist! Don't hear any call to make peace with him, from whomsoever this call may come! No peace betwixt Christ & Satan! Through the power, given unto me by God, I dispense & emancipate all the believers from all the oaths, given unto the Soviet & post-Soviet impostor's governments, for Christian are not subject of Satan. Through the power, given unto me by God, I bless all the weapons, lifted against the red satanic power, & remit the sins of all, who in the ranks of the rebel Druzhinas or as solitary vindicator would perish for the Christ's work, Russia's work. First of all I bless the weapons & the fighting work of The Brotherhood of the Holy Cross & the restoring Russian Army. Grace of God may rest on everyone, who would enter the ranks of the Brotherhood or the Army, whether would come in help unto them! God Almighty, for Thine is Realm & Mighty & Glory of the Father & the Son & the Holy Ghost, forever & now & everlasting & in centuries of centuries. Amen!”
Then followeth the reception of the true oath by the hand of the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Sacred Council.
We pray & hope, that in this difficult & ingenious work God Lord Almighty may create us victors, restore in Russia the Christ's Host & call unto our aid all whom He predestined for this service. Amen!

Unto the Predestined Friends
Peace on ye!
“I have been sent unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel alone” (Mat. 15:24)
Christianity had announced the supreme freedom of men & the valour of the human personality, & called the peoples unto the spiritual unity. This religion of the heroic service, the exalted morality & the ideal of the human footing communicateth the significance into the life & pointeth the way unto the personality & the society out. The society, which keepeth pure the faith & the God's Commandments, is protected from the moral degenerating, the decline of the spiritual force, the social & military suicide.
Social justice & freedom can be keeping up but through increasing of the society's religious sense.
However, after seventy years of the Bolshevik's dominion the population of Russia did not penitence of their personal & collective sins, & smoothly flowed over into the false epoch, where the moral degenerating, the perfect spiritual decline & the absolute absence of the sense of life. The state of the society in Russia reflecteth the state of the men in the whole world. Now the struggle in the contemporary world is not determine by the economical interesting of the social classes & the national groups: it is the decisive collision betwixt two opposite conceptions of the Man - the Christian & anti-Christian.
There goeth a spiritual struggle for the personality. There are two ways before the man: a free conversion unto God & reception of His commandments, & then all the forces & beauty of the Adam's children are opening, or fall from God, & then, a satanocracy, a dissolution of the personality in the elementary forces, slavery for matter, degenerating of sense owing to the loss of the true aims & sense of the life.
Though the Russian Catacomb Church of the True Orthodox Christians is not linked with any temporary social structure, her ethical principles may & should be embodied in the economical & political practice. Christianity openeth the significance of being & pointeth out the permanent aims unto the manhood to tend; it re-establisheth the proper hierarchy of all the valours in the world as a supreme criterion.
The Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O.C. fulfilled her duty of the spiritual service unto the people, remaining in the years of hardest trials of the national history, in the period of cruelest moral oppression, the center of resistance unto the evil, the refuge unto believers & their monitor.
Now as before the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O.C. remaineth faithful unto the Divine Predestination, &, despite of all the obstacles, point out the narrow way unto the Russian people. As impartial is the view on our people, as well so it is on our predestinated friends. We owe show our true attitude unto the fundamental questions of life & struggle.
“Alas, people sinful, people burdened with iniquities. Tribe of scoundrels, children of destruction! Ye have abandoned our Lord, despised the Holy of Israel - returned back. What have ye still to beat, ye, during your obstinacy? The entire head in wounds, & all the heart faded away… Your is devastated; your towns are burnt with fire; your fields in your sight are devoured by strangers; all is deserted, like after a devastation by strangers” (Is. 1:4-5, 7). - This came for apostasy. & so in Russia - for atheism & false devotion. Now, the Russia's land is oppressed by it's own impostor rulers & devastated. But by the Divine Predestination it is devastated not for the Barbarians, but for the future settlement of the gathered Israel tribes. An Israelite cannot make war against an Israelite (Lev. 19:18). The unity of Russians with the Anglo-Saxon & Scandinavian world is founded on the real historical relationship. Not an alliance, but the whole union betwixt them without conditions, for there is community of destiny, pre-established by the Law of God. I. e., unity of spirit & blood in resistance unto the alien-bearers.
The Russian people containeth most the Tribe of Gad. Therefore we perfectly realize the supreme leading of the Tribe of Ephraim, foretold by God (Is. 11:13; Jer. 31:9, 20; Jez. 37: 16-19; Zach. 10:7), i. e. Anglo-Saxons, in the political life of the last times. We all together & each one separately owe resist unto the alien-bearers. These alien-bearers are cursed, therefore they are adverse against us. These are Islamics & the red China, two procreations of the same Ham curse. Men, led by the Russian Catacomb Church of the T.O.C., are included into the Crusade announced by the President of U.S.A. J. Bush-Jr., for this is also our permanent evil. The Red China has in Russia profound Kominern roots & by all manners strenghteneth the satanocracy. Help in struggle on the interior front against the Chinese secrete aggression - what that Russians need from their predestined friends.
Our land - the land Arsareth (3 Ezd.13:45) for the future gathering of the Israel tribes - is now much defiled to be hotbed of the satanic gangrene, from which all the Christendom is contaminating. Only having purified it from all evil, our common resurrection is possible. “If the iniquitous is pardoned, he will not learn the justice, will make evil in the land of the right, & will not look at the Majesty of our Lord.” (Is. 26:10)
