There is an internal lake in this mountain mentioned by extremely popular soviet prose co-authors, Il'f and Petrov, in their satirical novel "12 Chairs". Aside the entrance to the cave one can see now a statue to the novel's main character, Ostap Bender, depicted as selling tickets to visitors (which was a cheat according to the novel).
