Soviet time industrial infrastructure
Hi,

My name is Etienne Fortin and I'm from Quebec, Canada. For a long time, well
before the fall of the iron curtain, I've been interested in the Soviet
Union, and in particular its economic and production system. As a mechanical
engineer now, I'm very interested in knowing how things were going in the
industry, what was the day to day of a designer, an engineer, a technician,
a technical drafter and so on. How product were designed and
"commercialized". And so on and so forth.

Unfortunately, I have not yet found enough information to really satisfied
my appetite for data on this era. I met online with a Russian scientist and
still communicate with him, but he wasn't able to give me a lot.

Where can I find information about that period of time in Russia?

Thanks for your help.
Etienne Fortin
