Many Russian Internet users, representing a layer of, say, "office workers", in recent years tend to be more interested in politics — previously they weren't, and usually didn't vote at elections, in many cases being publicly proud of their political ignorance. Nowadays they seem to start their "political life" and some do it with talks about "revolution". In fact, the real current result of this activity is decrease of "ruling party"'s huge presence in parliament, as election outcome shows. I consider this a positive tendency — that those "office workers" begin to care about politics, express their views on the Internet to their pals, and maintain a dialogue with the authorities by legitimately voting and crying for change. Russia's young democracy is far more effective with dialogue, not ignorance.
