Не жыцьцё, а задачка на лёгіку
Па-беларуску:
1.1. Аб'яднаныя Арабскія Эміраты ўдзельнічаюць у байкоце ізраільскіх тавараў. У іх нават ёсьць Dubai Customs Department's Office for the Boycott of Israel.
1.2. Кампанія Dubai Ports World, якой урад Буша хоча перадаць кантроль над партамі, належыць Эміратам, і таму таксама абавязана ўдзельнічаць у гэтым байкоце.
2. У ЗША ёсьць Office of Anti-boycott Compliance, які штрафуе кампаніі, што ўдзельнічаюць у байкоце, ці супрацуюць з тымі, хто ў ім удзельнічае

Такім чынам, лягічна думаць, што калі аддаць некаторыя амэрыканскія парты пад кантроль Dubai Ports World, то амэрыканскім кампаніям нельга будзе пасылаць тавары праз іх.

In English:
1.1. United Arab Emirates participate in the boycott of Israeli goods. They even have a Dubai Customs Department's Office for the Boycott of Israel.
1.2. Dubai Ports World, that Bush wanted to control US ports, belongs to UAE and therefore has to participate in the boycott.
2. USA has an Office of Anti-boycott Compliance, that fines companies that participate in the boycott and those working with them.

It would be logical to assume that once several US ports are under control of Dubai Ports World, US companies would be prohibited from using these ports.

3. [Edward H. Bilkey, the chief operating officer of Dubai Ports World] added later: "The largest Israeli shipping company is one of our largest clients. We serve everyone in many of our terminals around the world." In human terms, "in theory we abide by UAE law and violate US one; in practice we abide by US law and violate UAE one, therefore we have good standing in both countries"
