In my very biased opinion as a local resident, Duluth will be a very nationally recognized city in a few decades. The amount of investments into our city has been steadily increasing. A lot of money has been put into healthcare up here and it’s revitalizing a whole section of downtown. Lots of new affordable apartments are being built on the hill and old office buildings are starting to be converted into apartments. Lots of good things are happening in my city and the skyline is just so pretty :)
