The Controls Technician is responsible for coordinating facility operations which includes training when applicable: staff (initial certification, re-certification, provide on board training to all new site technicians, as directed); supporting audit initiatives: training records, project compliance auditing; conducting extensive self study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in BMS systems; completing certifications as required by the company and providing technical assistance to team members at the data center.
