• Digital has added a 16-acre expansion to its original 47.5-acre site in the city
• Garland is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, one of the largest and hottest data center markets in the US
• For now, Digital’s only competitor in Garland is NTT’s RagingWire, whose campus there went live last year
