Office of Congressional Ethics, closed

Congressional Republicans changed the rules of the Office of Congressional Ethics to make it unable to operate.

This is to protect various Republicans such as from any follow-up on the ethics complaints they would have faced.

Alas for poor Rep. Santos, it will not protect him from possible extradition to Brazil for the fraud charges he ducked out on a few years ago.
