Robert Reich asserts that the saboteur-in-chief is aiming to establish personal control over all parts of the US government that can employ force. He is doing this by *putting into power people who are more loyal to him than they are to the United States.*

Once this has gone far enough, he will be able to threaten all opposition leaders with imprisonment or death -- by asking those bent officials to bend the law for his sake.
