MYFAROG aims to be more like Classical Antiquity than the Middle Ages, so weapons such as the javelin, slings, throwing axes, rocks (!) and angons (≈pila) are very common. Self bows and composite bows too are commonly used by the Thulean warriors, but the (windlass or stirrup) crossbow – although present in the game – is mainly used for hunting and some times sieges.
