The French Revolution!

The 14th of July is the Bastille day, the French National Day, commemorating the beginning of the French Revolution with the storming of the Bastille, in July 1789. The Bastille represented the authority of the central government of France. The Bastille was a symbol of the abuses of the rulers: the fall of the Bastille was the flashpoint of the French Revolution.
