DECLARATION READ IN HAMMAMET, TUNISIA
DURING THE SECOND INTERNATIONAL PREPARATORY MEETING of THE WSF 2013
The World Social Forum DIgnity-Karama will take place as foreseen in Tunis, from the 26th to the 30th of March 2013.
The active involvment of movements, organizations, trade unions, platforms and networks from Tunisia, Maghreb, Machrek, Sub-saharan African, Americas, Europe and from all over the world is allowing us to hope a successful, popular and dynamic Forum.
More than 3500 organizations and networks are already registered and proposed more than 1500 activities.
The international organizations, social movements and unions will come to Tunis to pay tribute, express their solidarity to movements from the society from Tunisia, Maghreb and Machrek, to their past or current revolts and struggles, for social justice, democracy and dignity. A movement which, despite the current difficulties in Tunisia, is asserting itself with strenght and determination.
The mobilization of the Tunisian organizations and activists as well as the support provided by the university authorities and the students who will host the Forum on the Campus. The administrative and governmental authorities have reasserted their commitment to facilitate the material conditions for the Forum, its security and its good proceedings. All the measures have been taken to ensure the respect of the Porto Alegre Charter and the respect of the open, inclusive and non-violent dimension of the WSF space.
The Tunis World social Forum for Dignity/Karama will gather thousands of men and women who, through their actions, achievements, struggles, contribute to another world, another world of social justice, of local and global democracy, of respect of environment, of dignity, equality of rights for all women and men, another world possible and necessary.

DECLARATION DE HAMMAMET
Le Forum Social Mondial Dignité-Karama se déroulera comme prévu à Tunis du 26 au 30 Mars 2013.
L’implication active des mouvements, associations, syndicats, collectifs et réseaux de Tunisie, du Maghreb, du Machrek, d’Afrique subsaharienne, des Amériques, d’Europe et du reste du Monde permet d’augurer d’un Forum réussi, populaire et dynamique.
Plus de 3500 organisations er réseaux se sont déjà inscrites proposant 1500 activités.
Les organisations internationales, les mouvements sociaux et les syndicats viendront à Tunis pour rendre hommage, témoigner leur solidarité aux mouvements de la société tunisienne, du Maghreb et du Machrek, à leurs révoltes et à leur luttes d’hier et d’aujourd’hui, pour la justice sociale, la démocratie et la dignité. Un mouvement qui, malgré les difficultés de l’heure en Tunis, s’affirme avec vigueur et détermination.
La bonne tenue du Forum Social est garantie tout à la fois par la mobilisation des tunisiennes et des tunisiens que par l’appui des autorités universitaires et des étudiants qui hébergent le Forum dans leur campus. Les autorités gouvernementales et administratives réitèrent leur engagement pour faciliter les conditions matérielles du Forum, sa sécurité et son bon déroulement.

Le Forum Social Mondial de Tunis pour Dignité/Karama, rassemblera des milliers des femmes et des hommes qui, par leurs actions, leurs réalisations, leurs luttes, contribuent à un autre monde, un monde de justice sociale, de démocratie locale et globale, de respect de l’environnement, de dignité et d’égalité en droits pour tous les hommes et les femmes, un autre monde possible et nécessaire.

مثلما كان مقرّرا ينعقد المنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي "الكرامة" في تونس من 26 الى 30 مارس 2013 .إن المشاركة النشيطة للحركات و الجمعيات و النقابات و الائتلافات و الشبكات من تونس و من المغرب و المشرق و افريقيا جنوب الصحراء و أمريكا و أوروبا و كل العالم تسمح لنا أن نتوقّع منتدى ناجحا و شعبيا و حركيا.
أكثر من 3500 منظمة و شبكة قاموا بالتسجيل في الموقع مقترحين 1500 نشاط. إن المنظمات الدولية و الحركات الاجتماعية و النقابات سيكونون في تونس لتأكيد تضامنهم مع المنظمات و الحركات في تونس و المغرب و المشرق و مع ثوراتهم و نضالهم سابقا و حاضرا من أجل العدالة الاجتماعية و الديمقراطية و الكرامة. و رغم الصعوبات الحالية في تونس فإن هذا الحراك يتأكد و بكل عزم إن ضمان انعقاد المنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي يتأكد بتعبئة التونسيات و التونسيين و رئاسة الجامعة و الجامعيين و الطلبة الذين سيستقبلون المنتدى في مركّبهم. و قد أكّدت السلطات الحكومية و الإدارية التزامها بتسهيل الظروف اللوجستية و ضمان أمن المنتدى.
تم اتخاذ كل الاحتياطات من أجل ضمان احترام ميثاق بورتو اليغري و احترام خصائص الانفتاح و اللاعنف في فضاء المنتدى.
سيجمع المنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي "الكرامة" الآلاف من النساء و الرجال بحركاتهم و انجازاتهم و نضالهم يساهمون في عالم آخر عالم من العدالة الاجتماعية و الديمقراطية المحلية و الشاملة و احترام المحيط و الكرامة و المساوات في الحقوق بين بين النساء و الرجال عالم آخر ممكن و ضروري.

DECLARACIÓN LEÍDA EN HAMMAMET DURANTE EL SEGUNDO ENCUENTRO PREPARATORIO DEL FORO SOCIAL MUNDIAL DE 2013
El Foro Social Mundial Dignidad-Karama tendrá lugar en Túnez del 26 al 30 de marzo de 2013 como estaba previsto. La implicación activa de movimientos, asociaciones, sindicatos, colectivos y redes de Túnez, del Magreb, del Mashrek, de África subsahariana, de América, de Europa y del resto del mundo nos permite augurar un Foro con éxito, popular y dinámico.
Más de 3500 organizaciones y redes ya se han inscrito y hay 1500 actividades propuestas.
Las organizaciones internacionales, los movimientos sociales y los sindicatos vendrán a Túnez para rendir homenaje y demostrar su solidaridad con los movimientos de la sociedad tunecina, del Magreb y el Mashrek, a sus revueltas y luchas de ayer y hoy, por la justicia social, la democracia y la dignidad. Un movimiento que, a pesar de las dificultades que se viven en Túnez, se reafirma con vigor y determinación.
El buen desarrollo del Foro Social está garantizado por la movilización de tunecinos y tunecinas, además del apoyo de las autoridades universitarias y de los estudiantes, que recibirán al Foro en su campus universitario. Las autoridades gubernamentales y administrativas han reiterado su compromiso para facilitar las condiciones materiales, la seguridad y el buen desarrollo del Foro.
Se han tomado todas las medidas para garantizar el respeto de la Carta de Porto Alegre y el respeto del carácter abierto, inclusivo y sin violencia del espacio del FSM.
El Foro Social Mundial de Túnez por la Dignidad/Karama, reunirá a miles de mujeres y de hombres que, por sus acciones, realizaciones y luchas, contribuyen a la construcción de otro mundo, un mundo de justicia social, de democracia local y global, de respeto del medio ambiente, de la dignidad y de la igualdad de derechos para todos los hombres y mujeres. Otro mundo posible y necesario.
