Russian understanding of who are terrorists in Syria and who are not - is very simple. The test is: the non-terrorists participate in elections (the next will be in March - and now there are 12 (TWELvE!) parties in the Syrian parliament + 80 deputies out of 250 are independent). The terrorists do not. They shoot instead of agitation. Everything is very simple.
