Read your post and felt compelled to make an account to give you my advice. I personally went through an issue like this myself two years after columbine. I had made the statement that "I could shoot myself for how poorly I did on a test". A campus officer heard me say it and by the end of the day I had been ushered out of the school. Many meetings with the administration later I was told I was not allowed back at the school for a year and would need to have a psychological eval done stating I was not a danger before they would even think about me coming back. (it was my first year I had no warnings or any issues on my record at the time.)
