Read the case law, Misha. For the purposes of the ruling defining the limits of lawful exercise of free speech on private property as per Robins v. Pruneyard Shopping Center (1979) 23 Cal.3d 899, affd. sub nom. Pruneyard Shopping Center v. Robins (1980) 447 U.S. 74, access to the LJ is an Internet counterpart to access to a retail and residential apartment complex discussed in Golden Gateway. The key point here is that LJ account holders agree to its TOS, much as the tenants of an apartment complex agree to the terms of their leases. As to incitements to imminent lawless action, you are failing to parse two predications of lawlessness, that of the proposed killing, and that of the incitement thereto. Best regards to the family. --MZ Добавить комментарий: |
