people don't get enough sex! duh!...

upd. just wondering... if people don't get enough sex here in the west it must be really tough in Islamic countries. The distribution of sex is probably skewed toward older more affluent men, which most likely creates a lot of tension in the society. Another factors to consider: higher birthrate, younger and more numerous male population, lack of women rights.
Now, what are the methods they (could) use to control the tension?
1) stricter religious rules ( “quality” of religion)
2) religious propaganda ( “quantity” of religion)
3) no alcohol ( see 1.)
4) worse living conditions ( reduce sexual drive)
5) channeling the tension toward external entities ( reduce internal tension)
6) limit access to information about western lifestyle ( reduce pressure on “moral” norms, prevent increase in the sex drive) |
