California Assembly Bill 1634:SECTION 1. This act shall be known and may be cited as the
California Healthy Pets Act.
Another case of boneheaded California Legislature activism. This time around they decided to mandate spaying/neutering of all dogs and cats over four months old. And to make this piece of political shit art more palatable they cleverly tagged it with positively sounding words "Healthy" and "Pets". Shameless bastards.
