WHAT PUBLIC?
The New York Times' new headquartes building is on land seized on its behalf "for public use" by the State of New York under eminent domain. But according to the terms of the land deal between the Times and the state, "public use" is all about keeping the riff-raff out and establishing a luxurious environment for the Times' limousine liberals.
