When "progressive" people say "far right" it makes me want to cringe. They seem to forget that Islam itself is a far right ideology. Anti gay. Nationalist in nature. Tribal. Religious fundamentalism. Totalitarian in nature. Intolerant of most things Un-Islamic. You have to have conservative values to be a Muslim, and so on.
