Помогает и в самом деле не всем, но за себя я уверен - если б и я начал в 15, а ещё лучше - в 12-13 лет, то явно был бы в большем порядке чем сейчас.

Да, есть вариант, что если начинать в 11-12 лет, то потом все эти воспоминания детства будут вспоминаться не более, чем дурной сон. В принципе, свои 15-17 лет я так и вспоминаю.
