I actually think that college-educated women can build a good life for themselves today, especially if they have a real occupational skill (law, medicine, etc.) - but it will not make them happy after age 40. I have several friends (older than I) whose millennial-age daughters have a seemingly unsolvable problem sorting out their personal lives. All these women are "successful", in the sense of having jobs, but they just can't find partners. This video mostly explains why.
