Low unemployment is not due to Trump

The graph shows a very nearly linear and monotonic decline of the unemployment rate since a local maximum around 2009. The economy has been slowly recovering from the 2008 crash, and the speed of recovery appears to be completely unaffected after 2017, within typical fluctuations. So it cannot be concluded from this data that the current low unemployment is due to anything the new administration did.
