| 8:12a | Leren Nederlands So I spoke with the teacher's assistant about why I got kicked out of the Dutch classes. And she said there were many reasons, besides me crossdressing and asking to call myself Nancy. She hinted that I completely lack self-awareness, and therefore annoy people to greater length, without noticing it. For example. teacher disliked me wearing a mask, when it is not mandatory. I wear a mask to hide my facial hair, which makes me really insecure. But people see it as me either having covid19, or stubbornly following the cancelled government mandate, when not necessary. I was told several times that I must wear a mask above my nose, if I have covid19, otherwise I will still spread it. Explaining that I wear that mask for a different reason only further annoyed them. Normally I speak in a very quiet voice, and that too annoyed the teacher, who could not hear my response to his questions. That is also not the first or second time I've been pointed that people get annoyed when you speak quietly and they can't hear what you say. That was also the case at the police station, where the interrogating officer could not hear 2/3 of what I was saying. Coming to lessons before anyone else, without missing any, is not a good behavior either, because it too points out that you're not normal, which annoys the teacher. It was very kind of the lady to point these out, because usually people don't bother fully explaining to you why they hate you.  Current Mood:  distressed |
