We have all seen this many times. A male, usually from a country like Russia or Ukraine, boldly states something controversial to flex his Alpha status. That attracts attention of the western women in estrum, who begin flirting with him in a provocative way. I.e. "what you are doing is theft, and I truly dream of a strong brutal eastern european man to come and take me, because the weak western men can't satisfy me properly, you are a real man without this soy shame."

That is literally how such exchanges read between the lines. She is here all for his male attention. She actually asks to be put in her place at the kitchen, and seeks foreigner to do that, since the white western man is incapable of that for some reason.
