ну не знаю. кого-то могут и просто так избить на улице.
я в нй не разу за 3 года не видела полицейских, проверяющих документы.
в париже они стоят на каждом углу, прячутся в переходах метро, все мои русские друзья тряслись как мыши.
а уж промышляющая на таджиках русская милиция - это известное дело.
