I would like to complain under the LJ.rossia.org rules with regard to what is written below.
I think this content can relate to the 'ethical standards' of the Russian Federation.
How do i complain to the board of trustees?

III. Procedure

In all cases of violation of rules, common law or ethical standards of the Russian Federation, is the final arbiter of the Board of Trustees , which considers complaints in the prescribed manner.

	you have to post a complaint to http://lj.rossia.org/community/ljr_zhaloby/ explaining what rule is broken and give a link to an offending post the rulebook is here http://lj.rossia.org/tos.html But personally, I see nothing illegal in posting disgusting pictures, otherwise they would have closed rotten.com and many other sites.
