по-моему ничего сверх обычного для того времени неоплатонизма тут нет In his effort to reconcile Plato with Christianity, Ficino posits an epis- temology in which the relationship between soul and body is mediated by the concept of love. In the De amore, Ficino explicates his central notion that love is defined as seeking the divine. Ficino interprets Plato as saying that God, who is unity, extends hierarchically to the multiplicity of physical exist- ence. Within the hierarchy, lesser forms always desire to return to God as the source of existence, and this desire is called love.11 The mechanism through which souls seek God is beauty,12 and the desire to rise to God through seek- ing beauty is non-corporeal, non-sexual “Platonic love.” Добавить комментарий: |
