While they're still allowed to keep it up according to current laws, it doesn't mean they should.

If a ban is put forward, I strongly suggest it not to be an automatic ban, and for every post under the tags to be manually reviewed for false positives.

This doesn't just extend to feral content. Cub pr0n (and other equally scorned activities) is also subject to controversy and should always be dealt with in the same fashion as this is. Nevertheless, e6 is taking a step in the right direction, and I appreciate that.
