Слово витгенштейн означает тупой дармоед, который так и не понял, что значат математические слова, и потому пытался лишить их смысла, употребляя в бессмысленных контекстах. Именно это он сам утверждает во последних строках трактата.

Нет. Думаю имелось в виду, что выбор определенных аксиом и определений, настолько же произволен как и значение глаголов в психологии. Например, 'видеть', может означать, и воспринимать образ, и иметь материал в поле зрения. Также, например, теория множеств может и содержать, и не содержать аксиому выбора по неочевидным для юзера причинам.
