english version
Any triple of positive integer numbers could represent a triangle on a euclidian plane. That means the theorem of cosines is in action. And Fermat's theorem comes down to a question of when a cosine is a rational number. But by the definition of a cosine it will only be rational for Pythagorian triples. |
