Cacao and coffee beans are two different things. While theobromine is indeed present in tea and coffee, in cacao it is the primary alkaloid (0.1 wt% in dark chocolate). It is the cause of chocoholism. http://chemistry.about.com/library/weekly/aa090301a.htm
