I remember back in the days, lightweight meant that one used just the user32.dll and msvcrt.
Without any bloated garbage. Now zoomers redefined the term...
Context: Total Commander was written in Borland Pascal and therefore can't be easily scripted.
There is a very limited C/C++ plugin support, but that is all.
So can't mod it to my liking.
A Python fm exists: https://github.com/fman-users/Core
But it was barebones and is dead.
No open source C/C++ filebrowsers exist.
