How to Improve Humanity
It is really easy to boost human IQ.

Issue a test, where people have to agree or disagree with different statements.

Among a bunch of the irrelevant statements, like "One day you will become a billionaire", place the one really important "Trans Rights are Human Rights".

Those who check-box "unsure" or "somewhat disagree" should be made to disappear by taking them from their homes at night (these are the higher IQ transphobes and therefore the most dangerous).

Those who answer "strongly disagree" should be arrested for hate speech and kept inside zoos, so little trans kids could look at the dangerous animals and throw them some junk food when they perform tricks, like doing the nazi salute or eating their own shit.

Those passing this bottleneck test will obviously have higher IQ than those who fail.
