Nazherlands
Lena says Dutch customs confiscates hormones, because they are fucking Nazis. So she can send, but it will likely get pulled.

At this moment I can 100% honestly say that I despise Netherlands and its homophobic elites.

These "waiting lists" are here for a reason, and that reason is a rather evil one - elites don't want people doing HRT at large or trying out of curiosity. Of course NL is not Russia, and they wont openly tell you how they hate gays, but they will create such roadblocks for you, because they dislike people transitioning.
