А по-моему, Тифарет попросту врёт. И пока я не увижу ссылок на источники, я так буду считать. А если увижу - то проверю, что это за источники.

Я имею в виду "внесение в списки сексуальных преступников" в США. Что там абьюз тип компании СУП придумал про открытые купальники - не разбирался и нет желания, это всё равно их частный сервис.

WASHINGTON - In his seven years, Randy Castro has been an aspiring soccer player, an accomplished Lego architect and a Royal Ranger at his Pentecostal church. He also, according to his elementary school record, sexually harassed a first-grade classmate.

During recess at his Woodbridge school one day in November, when he was 6, he said, he smacked the classmate's bottom. The girl told the teacher. The teacher took Randy to the principal, who told him such behavior was inappropriate. School officials wrote an incident report calling it "Sexual Touching Against Student, Offensive," which will remain on his student record permanently.

Then, as Randy sat in the principals office, they called the police.

"I thought they were going to take me to prison," Randy said recently. "I was scared."

Prince William County school officials would not comment on Randy's case, citing student confidentiality. They said the call to police was the result of a misunderstanding.

Randy is only one of many children to be dealt with harshly as schools across the country grapple with enforcing new zero-tolerance sexual harassment policies and the fear of litigation.

The Virginia Department of Education reported that 255 elementary students were suspended last year for offensive sexual touching, or "improper physical contact against a student." In Maryland, 166 elementary school children were suspended last year for sexual harassment, including three preschoolers, 16 kindergartners and 22 first-graders, according to the State Department of Education. Statistics for the District were not available.

И какое это имеет отношение к теме _якобы_ существующего наказания за добровольный секс двух 15-летних?

Студент нарушил опубликованные правила поведения в университете по отношению к другому студенту (пол неважен). Тот был недоволен и обратился в деканат. Были применены дисциплинарные меры, в частности, занесение в личное дело студента (это университетский документ и он не имеет никакого отношения к государственному списку Sexual Offenders).

Правильно ли установлены правила в университете? Не знаю, но хорош сам факт, что они прописаны. А то в Уставе МГУ вместо чётких правил ссылка на общепринятую мораль, и в результате - дурацкая дискуссия по поводу дебоша в музее.

AUSTIN -- A Williamson County teen who pleaded guilty to attempted sexual assault after having consensual sex with a 13-year-old girl when he was 17 was back in court Wednesday to say goodbye to his attorney.

Jean Karlo Ponzanelli had pleaded guilty to the reduced charge despite his claim the girl had lied to him about her age. He was given probation but was also placed on the state's sex offender registry.

As a result, he was forced to quit school and move out of his mother's home. He also had difficulty keeping a job.

So he was rearrested, and now the state wants to revoke his probation and send him to prison.

Yet Wednesday's court hearing wasn't about any of that.

Ponzanelli's attorney, angered over a confrontation with the defendant's family, wanted to withdraw from the case.

"This is delaying the entire process again, you understand that?" said State District Court Judge Burt Carnes.

With that, Ponzanelli's attorney was off the case, but the judge moved to get him another one.

"OK, then I'm going to reinstate Mr. Lauerman on the case, your original court-appointed lawyer," Carnes said.

Yet outside the courtroom, attorney Jim Sawyer said he still has an interest in helping Ponzanelli.

"It's not just this case; there are too many cases like this happening all across the state, not just in this county but too many counties," Sawyer said. "Yeah, I think the result is horrendous. You're getting 17-year-olds pegged as pedophiles for the rest of their lives. You're destroying their ability to live any kind of productive life. Yeah, it's asinine."

In fact, Sawyer believes it may be time for lawmakers to take another look at their handiwork.

"You're going to have law enforcement arguing it's a good law, a proper law, a just law, that 17-year-olds should be able to be in control of their hormones, which is a stupid and foolish thing to say," Sawyer said. "There will be a conflict, but I think you may get some legislators who look around and think, 'This is pretty crazy; we're taking our children and punishing them unduly.'"

Meanwhile, Ponzanelli is due back in court again on June 10.

17+13 - это совсем не 15+15, разница в 4 года в таком случае очень значительна. А что до лжи... если эти законы раздавят саму идею casual sex, лично я жалеть не буду. До секса надо как минимум неплоо друг друга знать.
