These are too many questions, so I won't answer them all.

To get any job in Hungar first of all you should have perfect Hungarian.

The bottled drinks are expensive here, but you can returns bottles to get some cash back. So, you don't need any job or licrnse here to live of the garbage collecting! You can search for juicy places with large amounts of disposed bottles but then you may need to fight the other bums for access.

It's rather easy to buy books in Hungary. There lots of bookshops and people read a lot, even Arkady Gayday books. It is common sight in Hungary eve to see bums reading their books while they beg for money oin the crowded places.

Rent here may be cheeper that in Moscow. But many people won't rent to you If you are foreigner or don't have a proper job agreement.

So, being a bum is the only choice.
