The bill in print authorizes the AG to obtain injunctive or declaratory relief, including –in exceptional circumstances—an order “to modify, implement a full shutdown, or delete the covered model and any covered model derivatives controlled by the developer.” The bill provides that the court may only order such relief in a case where the covered model “has caused death or bodily harm to another human, harm to property, theft or misappropriation of property, or constitutes an imminent risk or threat to public safety.”
