Clearly, this sociopath needs to be purged from the gene pool, to prevent his disease from spreading to future populations. He and his parents, and everyone like them, and anyone who would allow them to roam free upon our streets, need to be purged from the population immediately, and that includes anyone in power with those tendencies as well. With extreme prejudice. Not imprisoned, not put into labor camps, executed and cremated. We cannot allow this disease of the mind to spread any further than it already has. Vote for the death penalty. Vote for psychological profiling and execution of minors. Our civilization depends on it.
