DHL saga comes to an end Long and boring story Конец пришел в виде двух писем. Одно - письмо от коллектора. Красиво пишут, мля: The purpose of this letter is to thank you for allowing our client to serve you, as well as possibly re-establish that business relationship by satisfying the unpaid balance. We will postpone recovery efforts to allow sufficient time for you to remit paymnet in full. Другое - от Customer Relationship Specialist, Office of the President, DHL Americas. В ответ на мое письмо этому Президенту (я из экономии времени просто сделала cut&paste жалобы, которую когда-то впечатала в их систему). Там они извиняются. Billing error, говорят. Пишут странное: On behalf of the Executive Office please accept our sincere aplogies for the lack of customer service that you did not receive. We hope that you will allow us to correct our mistakes and reestablish our business relationship. P.S. А вот от этих ни слуху ни духу |
