ужасы борьбы с педофилией
По поводу несчастной училки, которой дали 22 года
во Флориде. Тут надо понимать, что такое Флорида:
это штат с судебной системой, которая пошла вразнос
уже давно, и сейчас находится на уровне советской.
То есть не путинская, конечно, но близко. И если
подсудимый не идет на сделку со следствием, ему всегда
назначают срок, который в 3 раза больше, чем если
бы он получил после сделки, то есть за гранью разумного.
Во всех штатах это отчасти верно, но Флорида по ту
сторону добра и зла, есть масса историй насчет этого.

С какого-то момента я перестал писать про ужасы
борьбы с педофилией в Штатах. Исключительно потому,
что каждый такой ужас, будучи растиражирован в
российских масс-медиа, через год неизменно превращается в
свинцовую реальность российского бытия. Причем
со ссылкой на прогрессивный американский опыт,
но в исправленном и дополненном мизулиной и малафеевым
виде, причем таким образом, что даже самый полоумный
американский активист ебанется мозгом, увидев такие
законодательные инновации.

Безусловно, борьба с педофилией продолжает набирать
обороты, область дозволенного сужается, и параллельно
идет экспорт этой самой борьбы во все страны Третьего
Мира (включая РФ). Это организованное движение, у руля
которого стоит неожиданный союз феминисток и американских
евангелических проповедников; суммарные бюджеты этих
"борцов за нравственность" - астрономические.

При том, успехи их борьбы в Америке в последние годы
довольно сомнительные, а в Третьем Мире - несомненные.
Например, повышение возраста согласия до 18-20 лет в
большинстве африканских стран и Индонезии, под давлением
тематических комитетов ООН. Думаю, что сценарий тут
будет тот же, что и с борьбой с гомосеками: силы зла
будут постепенно терять территорию на Западе, но
параллельно добьются принятия ультра-репрессивных
законов по всему третьему миру, по типу закона
о расстрелах гомосеков в Уганде, который был принят
после 20 лет лоббирования американскими проповедниками.
Опыт показывает, что в России любой репрессивный закон
принимается проще и быстрее, чем в Уганде, и с меньшим
количеством публичных дискуссий. Поэтому критиковать
американский репрессивный опыт сейчас - значит добиваться
внедрения того же самого опыта в России, тем более,
что сроки женщинам, по взаимному согласию трахающим
15-летних, в сраной уже сейчас дают немалые.

Дальнейший сценарий понятен. Путинские лоялисты
предлагают пожизненный срок за просмотр CP и повышения
возраста согласия до 18. Оппозиция возмущается.
Путинские лоялисты говорят ей, а вот в
вашей любимой Америке за то же самое вообще
расстреливают. И возразить на это нечем, потому что
объяснить запутинцу, что это ебанутый штат Флорида,
и ебанутые судейские, которые автоматически
начисляют тройной срок за отказ от сделки
со следствием, невозможно.

Мораль: если запутинец
говорит, что дважды два четыре, не надо с ним
соглашаться, тем более повторять за ним. Потому что
через полчаса он заявит, что в вашей любимой
Америке дважды два пять, и давайте теперь поправим
таблицу умножения в соответствии с международным
стандартом.

Любая "критика Америки" с запутинских
позиций приводит к тому, что в России в скором
времени руками тех же самых запутинцев воплощается
все критикуемое, вдвое и втрое против американского.

Это неважно; бывший президент все равно называется президент, ну и губернатор туда же.

Главный претендент на nomination пока что.

Есть теория, кстати, что он в семье типа умный. Я не следил.

Сильно нереально -- разве что путлер открыто пойдет войной, а Обама замешкается.

А так, ясно же что будет Хиллари, или вменяемый республиканец -- если вдруг объявится откуда-то вменяемый республиканец.

The operational model for today’s Republican Party can be traced to Nixon’s “southern strategy,” back when Tricky Dick and his minions realized that the inbred bigots of the American south were up for grabs once the Democrats had decided that maybe democracy and equal rights should apply to colored folks, too. That was an outrageous notion, of course, and the mouth breathing southern white trash fled the Democratic Party in droves, lured to the Republican Party by a) racism, and b) the personal magnetism, sincerity, honesty, and charisma of guys like Richard Nixon, Henry Kissinger, and Spiro Agnew.

It soon became apparent, however, that all the stupid people weren't southerners, and that there was a dismal swamp of ignorance and racism not limited to residents of the southern states. That was when the Republican Stupidity Strategy was implemented in earnest, yielding increasingly stupid Republican leaders ever since, from a stumbling and bumbling mediocrity who will mostly be remembered for pardoning the guy who’d put him in the Number 2 slot, to a washed-up movie actor who left massive mischief in his wake, right on down to the n’er do well son of a Republican president who was none too bright himself. That, you'll recall, was Jeb's brother, the 43rd President of the United States of America, twice elected, sort of, by voters in a very stupid country.

The stupidity index just kept rising and rising, with more and more American numb nuts voting against their own interests, believing whatever they were told on Fox “News,” or talk radio, and voting for an increasingly bizarre array of people who would, in a smarter country, have been kept away from pointy objects, let alone allowed to write laws.

It didn’t matter that Jeb Bush never actually demonstrated much sign of being intelligent. It didn’t matter that he mostly supported the same old shit all the really dumb ass members of his party supported. Nor did it much matter to most people that he was proclaiming himself to be his “own man” on the very week he announced that his big staff of advisors was made up of lots of the more wrongheaded people who’d help tell his brother what to think. No, Jeb was still the smarter Bush and that was, I guess, because being the smartest Bush is a distinction on the order of being the most hirsute yahoo on Duck Dynasty, or a less paranoid gun nut than Wayne LaPierre.

But even the modest claim that Jeb Bush is the smart Bush turned out to have been exaggerated. Jeb rapidly began to reveal that he is even dumber than his stupendously stupid sibling, if such a thing is possible. When Jeb was asked by Fox’s Megyn Kelly if “knowing what we know now,” he would have invaded Iraq, as his brother did, he answered, in effect, “hell yes, and so would Hillary.” Megyn didn’t include a review of the disastrous results of that invasion, or a reminder of the history that has played out in the dozen years since Dubya did that deed, so perhaps Jeb could plead that he’d been the victim of “gotcha” journalism when he answered that he would, this very day, invade that benighted country, just like Hillary Clinton would. But that wasn’t the question he’d been asked, and it was plain to see that Bush had his answer all rehearsed and ready. The problem was that it was the answer to an entirely different question, and Jeb wasn’t swift enough to parse a sentence that began with the restrictive clause “knowing what we know now.” Jeb just didn't have the mental acuity to distinguish that locution from a question that would have begun with the phrase “knowing what we thought we knew then….” But you can’t expect these rich superannuated prep school products to figure out a difference as subtle as “now” and “then.”

So Jeb got confused and had to spend a week trying to explain what he’d really meant, and what he really thought, all while letting it be known how much he hated “hypothetical” questions of the kind that come with running for an office based on speculations about what you might do, hypothetically, if certain things come up should you be in charge when they do. If it had been a job interview, his answer would have finished him. But this is a stupidity competition, after all, and Jeb had to prove he could run with the best of them.

Джулиани out of the picture уже лет 8, ты наверно совсем не следишь. Ромни проиграл с позором, потому что из сраного Массачусетса. Года два назад подавал надежды губернатор Нью-Джерси Крис Кристи, но кажется там тоже что-то не сложилось.

Шансов на вменяемого мало на самом деле: партия идет в жопу, но еще не пришла, и поэтому вынуждена окучивать традиционную аудиторию. Которой точно мало, чтобы выиграть, но точно достаточно, чтобы задавить любой очаг разума. Через пару итераций, когда это конкретное быдло совсем повымирает, тогда будет вменяемый.

But there surely is a method to the madness of letting Jeb Bush’s stupidity out of the bag, exposing it for all to see. It’s another of those ploys liberals don’t see. In order to draw the stupid vote away from that cluster of stupid candidates arrayed against him, Jeb Bush had to shed the image that he was smart. Mission accomplished.

Now the Tea Party morons and the gun nuts and the evangelicals can rest easy. Jeb may be the “establishment” choice to lead them, but he’s as comfortably stupid as his brother was, as Rick Perry is. Jeb's ideas will never be complicated enough to trouble the minds of stupidity standard bearers like Louie Gohmert or Sarah Palin. When being halfway intelligent becomes a proven liability, there just was no longer any benefit to be had by continuing to float the idea that Jeb was smart. So now he’s free to be his own man, to continue demonstrating that he is as dumb as any of the other current Republican candidates. And that was a very smart move.
