про то, как масс-медиа исходят на говно в новой
панике по случаю штамма омикрон, рецикливая расистские
штампы времен куклуксклана. По факту моральная
паника есть главное, что продается на этом рынке, как
только уровень паники падает, масс-медиа теряют доходы
и разоряются. До ковида это был TDS, потом TDS
и ковид, сейчас просто ковид.

Четыре года трамповского президенства были дорогим
подарком для CNN-NYT-MSNBC и всего им подобного, доходы
росли с каждым твитом рыжего. Сейчас эта фабрика
моральной паники простаивает, теряет деньги и
разминается на омикроне. Но вообще, сам мир масс-медиа
за 4 года, проведенные ими в культивировании TDS, радикально
изменился, хунвейбинский NYT имеет меньше общего с NYT
1980-х, чем с пропагандистской машиной при гитлеровской
или сталинской диктатуре.

Regulations banning skateboards in Norway were introduced in 1978. It became illegal to "introduce and sell skateboards or parts for skateboards, advertise skateboards or parts for skateboards [and] use skateboards."

In the event of a violation, a coercive fine could be imposed and the skateboard could be confiscated.

The background for the skate ban was a decision from the Product Control Council, which had noted, among other things, that "all experience from other countries shows that uncontrolled use of skateboards leads to a high number of partly serious accidents among users." The Council recommended to the Storting that a temporary skateboard ban be introduced in 1978. Later that year, the ban was made permanent.

In 1984, the Norwegian Pollution Control Authority granted a dispensation from the skateboard ban for the first time. It was opened for import "own use of skateboards, limited to the special ramp that is built and otherwise under the conditions and restrictions that the application clearly expresses." The following year, the Norwegian Pollution Control Authority granted a dispensation for the use and import of skateboards to four skate clubs.

The ban on skateboards was repealed on 3 May 1989. The "Regulation on skateboards" entered into force on 9 May 1989. From then on, there was free access to the purchase and use of ordinary, non-motorized skateboards.

Regulations on skateboards were repealed on 4 August 2016. Skateboards are now regulated in the same way as other toys.
