nah, that's demagogy. a man's 'conviction' that he needs to undergo gender reassignment surgery could be a consequence of, let's say, disorganized thinking, which is a symptom of schizophrenia.

Considering the suddenness of your gender change, I think you owe us an explanation. Were you always dysphoric? How did your feelings/understanding on this evolve. Could it be that drugs that they put in your body in your childhood changed your brain?

Just before you've posted your first photo as a female, you had a period of couple of months when you expressed hate towards females, called them femoids(incel/imageboard slang), considered that they should be owned by males and should be rightless, etc. Was it you trying to avert gender dysphoric thoughts and solidify your maleness or something?

It is sudden for you, but not for me. I have fantasized myself being a girl for a really long time, using female avatars on forums and in LiveJournal. I was just struggling and could not compose myself. At one moment I even considered surgically removing my breast and doing male-oriented HRT, but I haven't done that, because I felt immense sadness about killing this part of me.

haha, no, TRT won't kill the 'feminine part' of you. if your testosterone levels are low, inject testosterone. of course, taking any hormone is kinda dangerous, especially given your psychiatric condition. you need proper medical advice.
