since you started suspending accounts with no
previous warning, could you please inform me in
advance whether I should expect it done to my
own journal when I post the art-works of Irina Ionesco?
As I have already pointed out, those are openly
sold in the US. I have already posted this request,
but for some reason there is no answer as yet,
while the suspension seems to come quickly and
unexpectedly.

We have investigated the images in question and determined the the person
in them, Eva Ionesco, was under the age of 18 when they were taken. As
such the images fall under the description of the child pornography under

As such, your account will not be reinstated.

Конечно я аппелировала, что по всем
правилам мне должны дать возможность
удалить пост (так как я не знала что он
подпадёт под статью "детская
порнография") или хотя бы скачать
собственный журнал, иcпользуя программу
ALJ, но сомневаюсь что это произведет
какой-ти эффект. Юзеру avva я тоже
написала, он не ответил. Большое спасибо
вам за поддержку.
