Likewise, there is no need to create a "petition" or ask people to write

The United States law is very strict concerning child pornography, and
presence of child pornography on our servers would put LiveJournal under
significant legal risk. LiveJournal cannot be lenient when we are
informed of child pornography on our servers. The following document
outlines the LiveJournal policies concerning child pornography:

We have investigated the images in question and determined the the person
in them, Eva Ionesco, was under the age of 18 when they were taken. As
such the images fall under the description of the child pornography under
the United States law, and therefore we were forced to terminate your
account per policies in the afore-mentioned document.

As such, your account will not be reinstated.

Конечно я аппелировала, что по всем
правилам мне должны дать возможность
удалить пост (так как я не знала что он
подпадёт под статью "детская
порнография") или хотя бы скачать
собственный журнал, иcпользуя программу
ALJ, но сомневаюсь что это произведет
какой-ти эффект. Юзеру avva я тоже
написала, он не ответил. Большое спасибо
вам за поддержку.
