Чего-то сходу не находится презик, который столько хуйни сразу же натворил. Разве что из 19го века какой-нибудь Бьюкенен. Не, ну еще сразу вспоминается Никсон, но он все-таки джва срока должен был сидеть, явно изначально задел имел на свое вредительство.

Но Трампыня все равно хуже, тк вредит технологическому развитию, хуже этого просто ничего нет
