Python Software Foundation (PSF) забанила бывшего директора
этой самой Python Software Foundation, по имени Tim Pетers,
за следующие нарушения Code of Conduct:
* "Defending "reverse racism" and "reverse sexism", concepts
not backed by empirical evidence, which could be seen as
deliberate intimidation or creating an exclusionary
environment."
* "Using potentially offensive language or slurs, in one
case even calling an SNL skit from the 1970s using the
same slur "genuinely funny", which shows a lack of
empathy towards other community members."
* "Overloading the discussion of the bylaws change (47 out
of 177 posts in topic at the time the moderators closed
the topic), which created an atmosphere of fear,
uncertainty, and doubt, which encouraged increasingly
emotional responses from other community members. The
later result of the vote showed 81% support for the most
controversial of the bylaws changes, which demonstrates
the controversy was blown out of proportion."

Если вкратце, гражданин возражал против изменения
правил; по новым правилам, начальство (Board of PSF)
может выпиздить кого угодно из проекта, за предполагаемые
нарушения "Code of Conduct"; такие, как "calling an SNL
skit from the 1970s genuinely funny" и "Overloading the
discussion of the bylaws change". Ничего удивительного,
конечно, эти правила таким образом писаны, что выпиздить
можно каждого и за что угодно.

-- This is the opus mundi of left-leaning cabals. They find a
mature businesses or model in tech that can make them
money, or give them clout; they slowly take it over using
"soft skills"; they remove the original (overwhelmingly
white and male) creators and contributors that built the
model or businesses; they replace them with underqualified
people who follow orders (usually from one certain south
asian country); they move onto the next thing once they've
extracted everything they can and blame whatever fallout
on the previous owners who "resisted change" and
"sabotaged" them.
-- For people who are unaware, in software space (Linux in
particular) they are using codes of conducts to push
and eliminate people out of positions. Even if they
were the founders and original developer. If they can't
find anything to tarnish someones reputation, they lie
in wait for day said person makes even a small mistake
from a HR point of view, and then they pounce on that
person's character to try eliminate him/her. This
incident is one of many that Lunduke journal has
reported on, which other tech sites do not.
-- The larger story is most of this comes back to a single
person (who is exactly the type of person who'd you
would expect to do this) went on a long campaign to
personally get most major FOSS projects online to adopt
the 'Code of Conduct' they had personally designed -
basically taking these projects from basic,
leader-based management to having a big HR handbook of
rules that were infested with all the terrible SJW
gotchas you'd expect.
The 'rule breaking' you see here is nothing unexpected -
most projects are able to keep this shit under wraps and
occasionally the story gets out. The batshit-crazy 'wrong
think violations' and 'SJW accepted truths' are entirely
baked into the core of these things. It was always about
forming a clique to push out other project members you
didn't like - even if they were the backbone of said
project.
Yes, people saw this coming from the start. The problem
was there was a lot of people at the top of the projects
who'd bought into the social justice aspect 100% and
wanted to a). show how much of an ally they were and
b). were confident they wouldn't have the CoC guns turned
on them.
Everyone who welcomed these in and got burned deserve to
be laughed at.

организовать сообщество, которое управляется
демократически, вам нужно ровно одно правило,
за предложение ввести "code of conduct" участника
надо расстреливать без разговоров, вообще
автоматически. Типа "высшая мера гуманитарной
защиты". Конечно, грубость и хамство это некрасиво,
но введение сложных бюрократических структур
с правом расстрела любого участника за нарушение
правил поведения (которые в типичном случае
занимают несколько десятков страниц, и написаны
птичьим языком, которого никто не понимает)
это вообще днище; причем это такое днище, с
которого начинается полный развал организации.
Вообще у Розова есть чудесное правило, которое
должно применяться в подобных случаях
Высшая мера общественной самозащиты.
Есть еще одна опасность для трансутопии: административный
эксцесс, т.е. использование социального администрирования
для реализации de facto государственной власти. Здесь
следует отметить: создание государства или его
фактического аналога - это ``социальная измена'', наиболее
тяжкое преступление, возможное в трансутопии.
Любая революция только тогда чего-нибудь стоит, когда
может себя защитить. Весь ход новейшей истории показывает,
что государственная власть преступна всегда и везде. Сам
смысл революции 3-й волны состоит в демонтаже
государства. Все социальные услуги в трансутопии
реализуются администрацией, имеющей не больше прав и
средств, чем это необходимо. Имеется исчерпывающий
перечень возможных административных действий.
Любое административное действие любых лиц за пределами
этого перечня считается социальной изменой, независимо от
целей и объективных последствий совершенного.
Ко всем без соучастникам (даже если соучастие состояло в
недонесении) применяется высшая мера социальной самозащиты
- в общих чертах понятно, что это значит.
